The AMD does accept sponsorships for our annual meeting which provides sponsors an opportunity to be present during the annual meeting. 

Sponsors of the annual meeting are provided space and table(s) at the meeting and are welcome to provide pamphlets/materials to our membership.

Funds received from sponsorships/donations go directly to funding the annual meeting, research awards, and expenses related to furthering the mission of the AMD.

Because the Association is a non-profit organization, all dues, assessments, and donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law – under tax laws pertaining to 501c(6) organizations.

In your email please include:

Company name, Contact (name) of person making the donation and address. This will be included on the contribution form/invoice.
